I was born into a creative family of painters, designers, and craftsmen in upstate NY. Being raised in an earthy hippy family gave me unconventional freedom and allowed me to explore different artistic outlets. I could develop spiritually without feeling pigeonholed in a religion or being indoctrinated with conservative belief systems. I began delving into the esoteric and occult in my twenties. For 15 years I studied everything from astrological aspects, intuition development, magik and tarot. Blending my knowledge of the esoteric and art was very fluid. I am fascinated with everything cosmic and find it very easy to get immersed in the deeper meanings of the universe.
About the Deck
I spent more than a year creating the artwork for the Indigo Alchemist Tarot Deck, feverishly painting my visions in the early dawn hours, and in the wee hours of the night. It was an extraordinary journey that wielded me deep insights and connection. I wanted to share this with others, and so I decided that I would print this deck.
I published the first version myself, a heroic feat for someone like me with no printing experience! I printed 200 decks and sold them all. I still had requests and decided to do a second printing in 2021. There were some improvements that I wanted to make, and some things I wanted to change, such as the size and format of the cards. In time I had gained knowledge that had made some changes in my personal vision, so I went back and did repainted the cards that required it. The deck that you purchase is mature.
It was an amazing and magical journey and empowered me as an artist and additionally, as a tarot reader. I received many deep understandings throughout this process and I channel this information in my readings.
